In our Quality Control department, we carry out microbiological and physical-chemical controls.
Our work programmes allow us to achieve total traceability of the products both forwards, backwards and during the manufacturing process (HACCP).
Certified quality system
We have a robust, regularly audited quality control system that allows us to operate with confidence in a highly regulated environment. Our processes comply with the following regulations:
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- European regulations applicable to food supplements
- HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
- Full traceability of raw materials and batches

Our quality department is made up of pharmacists, chemists and specialized technicians, who work with a multidisciplinary approach to ensure compliance with regulations, the stability of the formulas and the safety of the end consumer.

We only work with certified suppliers and active ingredients with complete technical documentation.

We evaluate the product’s lifespan under its actual usage and storage conditions.
Supervision during manufacturing
The production process is controlled by qualified technical personnel who validate each phase.
Final product analysis
All products undergo final quality control testing before release.
